Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall Season

No refunds will be issued after the first games of the season are played.

HARTFORD ATHLETIC TRAINING

Because this is a limited space program, if you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact WHWSC so that someone else may be able to participate.

Spring Season

No registration refunds will be issued after the first week of games.

Summer Pick Up Season

No refunds will be issued after the first game of the season is played.
