Summer Pick Up Season
The Summer Pick Up Season is a great way to stay active over the summer, get back into playing if you haven't played in a while, or just meet some of the other players in the league. There are no set teams and players can come and go as they need. Everyone brings a light and dark shirt and we split up at the fields. Games are generally played without goalies - using small pop up goals - and we adjust the field size depending on the number of people playing.
Ages
The Summer Pick Up season is open to women age 18 and older (previously 21+).
When
The Summer Pick Up season starts after July 4th and runs approximately 7 weeks through late August.
Where
Games are typically played at Duffy Elementary School in West Hartford, but location is subject to change based on field availability.
GAMES
Games are held twice per week (on weekdays, e.g. Monday & Thursday) from 5:30pm-7:30pm, with the specific days to be determined based on field availability with the Town of West Hartford.
